Job summary

A leading UK banking business is seeking a Lead IT Systems Administrator to own internal IT systems and the Atlassian environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Atlassian and Jira Service Management, along with proven experience in building automation processes from scratch. This role offers the opportunity to drive improvements in operational resilience within a high-growth, regulated environment. The position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days a week in the office in London.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Atlassian and Jira Service Management beyond admin basics.
• Proven experience in building automation from scratch.
• Comfortable functioning in scale-up or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own Atlassian Cloud and Jira Service Management workflows and automations.
• Design and improve incident management and alerting processes in JSM.
• Automate workflows related to joiner/mover/leaver processes.
