Job summary

M&G is seeking a Tooling Adoption & Enablement SME to accelerate the adoption and embedment of Jira and Kiplot across our change community. The role focuses on practical coaching, training and building a self-sufficient user network through a train-the-trainer approach.

As a Manager/Expert, you will partner with change, delivery, transformation and tooling stakeholders to ensure tooling supports agreed ways of working and delivers measurable adoption outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience training, coaching or enabling users, not just administering technology.
• Strong understanding of adoption and behavioral change.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, accessible language.

Responsibilities

• Act as the SME for Jira and Kiplot adoption, helping colleagues understand how to use them effectively in day-to-day work.
• Deliver engaging training, coaching, drop-in sessions and practical clinics for different levels of experience.
• Provide hands-on support to teams during implementation and embedment.
