Job summary

M&G plc is seeking a Tooling Adoption & Enablement Expert to accelerate Jira and Kiplot adoption across the change community. The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, training and practical guidance to embed new ways of working.

You will build a train-the-trainer network, work with stakeholders to align tooling with processes, and develop reusable learning assets to sustain capability across the organisation. This is a remote UK role with a flexible, career‑bright path.

Qualifications

• Experience using Jira for change, transformation, or delivery in large organisations.
• Proven ability to train, coach and enable users rather than just administer tools.
• Strong understanding of adoption and behavioural change principles.

Responsibilities

• Act as the SME for Jira and Kiplot adoption, demonstrating practical use in day‑to‑day work.
• Deliver engaging training, coaching, drop‑in sessions and clinics for varying experience levels.
• Provide hands‑on support during implementation and embedment across teams.
• Identify adoption gaps and tailor coaching to address skills shortfalls.
• Create guidance, learning materials and reusable training assets.
