Job summary

M&G seeks an experienced Tooling Adoption & Enablement SME to accelerate Jira and Kiplot adoption. The role focuses on translating ways of working into practical tool use, with hands-on coaching and a train-the-trainer approach to build sustainable capability across the organisation.

You will work with change, delivery and tooling stakeholders, delivering training and coaching to build a confident, self-sufficient community of users.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of Jira in change/transformation environments.
• Experience in training, coaching or enabling users beyond admin tasks.
• Solid understanding of adoption and behavioural change.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into simple language for varied audiences.
• Confident working with stakeholders from new users to senior leaders.
• Experience creating learning materials and delivering group/one-to-one coaching.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for helping people build confidence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the SME for Jira and Kiplot adoption, guiding users on how to use them effectively in daily work.
• Deliver engaging training, coaching sessions, drop-ins and clinics for diverse experience levels.
• Provide hands-on support during implementation and embedment.
• Identify adoption challenges and skills gaps; tailor coaching accordingly.
• Develop guidance, FAQs and reusable training assets.
• Establish a train-the-trainer model to create champions.
• Partner with change, delivery, transformation and tooling stakeholders.
