Job summary

Gazelle Global Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Jira Specialist to support and enhance an enterprise Atlassian environment in a hybrid Kent-based role. You will own platform configuration, service management workflows and integrations, driving operational efficiency across multiple business functions and providing improved visibility into delivery performance.

Responsibilities include Jira Service Management, Jira Software and Confluence administration, dashboarding and automation,

Qualifications

• Hands-on administration of Jira Service Management, Jira Software and Confluence.
• Configuring workflows, SLAs, request types, queues, permissions and automation rules.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management.
• Experience with Atlassian Assets (Insight), CMDB configuration and data relationships.
• Integrating Jira with enterprise applications using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Building dashboards, reports and Jira Plans to support delivery visibility.
• Experience with Enterprise Service Management, Opsgenie, SolarWinds or Azure DevOps would also be beneficial.

Jira Specialist

Location: Kent, UK
Contract: 6 Months
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in the office

I'm looking for an experienced Jira Specialist to support and enhance an enterprise Atlassian environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of platform configuration, service management workflows and integrations, helping improve operational efficiency across multiple business functions.

You'll work across Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence and Atlassian Assets, focusing on platform optimisation, automation, reporting and service management. Your work will help improve service visibility, streamline processes and provide better insights into operational performance and project delivery.

Key Skills & Experience

• Hands-on administration of Jira Service Management, Jira Software and Confluence.
