M&G seeks a Tooling Adoption & Enablement SME to accelerate Jira and Kiplot adoption across the change community. You will coach, train and support teams, translating ways of working into practical tool use and building sustainable capability through a train-the-trainer approach.

The role combines hands-on coaching with stakeholder engagement, aiming to reduce central support over time and foster a self-sufficient user base across a remote, homebased UK role.

Qualifikationen

• Experience training, coaching or enabling users, not only administering tools.
• Strong understanding of adoption and behavioural change.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into simple language.
• Proven collaboration with diverse stakeholders from users to senior leaders.

Aufgaben

• Act as SME for Jira and Kiplot adoption, showing practical use in daily work.
• Deliver engaging training, coaching sessions and clinics for varied experience levels.
• Provide hands-on support during implementation and embedment.
• Identify adoption gaps and areas needing coaching.
• Develop learning materials, FAQs and reusable assets.
• Establish a train-the-trainer model with champions network.
• Partner with change, delivery and tooling stakeholders to align ways of working.
• Gather feedback to improve training and user experience.
• Champion best practices and consistent usage across the community.
