Job summary

Maven Partners International is seeking an experienced Company Secretarial Manager to deliver corporate governance and statutory compliance for a portfolio of Jersey investment funds and entities. Hybrid working is available, with close collaboration across administration, accounting, compliance and client boards.

You will oversee board meetings, filings and governance frameworks while mentoring junior staff and supporting new client incorporations.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years' relevant experience in finance, ideally Jersey funds and regulated management companies.
• Strong knowledge of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 and regulatory framework.
• Professional qualification or working towards CGI membership or equivalent.
• Understanding of AML regulations and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing secretarial requirements across a portfolio of entities.

Responsibilities

• Manage company secretarial services for a portfolio of Jersey investment funds and related entities.
• Attend board meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, ensure follow-up actions.
• Oversee filings, registers, and records including confirmation statements and substance returns.
• Maintain knowledge of Jersey law and regulatory requirements for ongoing compliance.
• Develop corporate governance frameworks, schedules and compliance diaries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service.
• Support incorporation of new client entities and secretarial projects.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
