Job summary

CSC seeks a Director, Funds Solutions (Client Services and Commercial) in Jersey with hybrid work and regular UK travel. You will oversee a portfolio of fund structures, ensuring governance, regulatory compliance, and seamless client service, while serving as Jersey resident director where appointed.

The role combines fiduciary duties with strategic growth, requiring strong relationships with sponsors, managers, intermediaries and advisers, and close collaboration with CSC sales teams to expand

Qualifications

• JFSC Category A employee or regulator-approved status for relevant jurisdictions.
• Significant experience in fund administration, private capital, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Jersey regulation, governance, and AML/CFT obligations.
• Proven ability to manage senior client and stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities in a high-performance culture.
• Willingness to travel regularly to the UK (at least 50% of the role).
• Track record of growing a funds business through development and client care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of fund administration and governance for a portfolio of funds and related structures.
• Act as a director on client boards, exercising fiduciary and regulatory obligations.
• Lead corporate governance activities and prepare for board meetings.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, managers, intermediaries, and advisers.
• Ensure compliance with Jersey AML/CFT/CPF requirements across the portfolio.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to team members.
• Drive commercial growth by market engagement in Jersey and the UK, and by partnering with sales teams.
• Support revenue growth through client acquisition and expansion of relationships, with 50% market engagement.
