Job summary

SelectRecruitment.je is looking for an experienced Company Secretarial professional to join the Fund Administration team. You will manage secretarial requirements for a varied portfolio of regulated investment managers, funds and subsidiaries, working closely with client Boards and internal teams.

You’ll prepare for and attend Board meetings, produce minutes, maintain statutory records, manage regulatory filings and ensure ongoing governance obligations are met for clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant finance/secretarial experience
• Strong knowledge of Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 and Jersey regulatory framework
• Possession or pursuit of a professional qualification such as CGI UK & Ireland

You’ll manage the company secretarial requirements of a varied portfolio of regulated investment managers, funds and subsidiaries, working closely with client Boards and internal teams. Responsibilities will include preparing for and attending Board meetings, producing minutes and actions, maintaining statutory records and registers, managing regulatory filings and ensuring client entities meet their ongoing corporate governance obligations.

Applicants should ideally have 8+ years' relevant finance industry experience, with strong knowledge of Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 and Jersey's regulatory framework. You’ll be working towards or hold a relevant professional qualification, such as The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland, and will need excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
