Job summary

Itchy Feet is seeking a highly motivated professional to join its Fund Administration team as a Company Secretarial specialist. The role centers on delivering governance and statutory secretarial services for a portfolio of regulated investment entities, aligned with Jersey law and client terms.

Key duties include board meeting support, statutory filings, and maintaining registers, with collaboration across administration and accounting teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality governance

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant finance experience preferred.
• Strong academic background with a professional qualification such as CGI UK & Ireland membership or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 and regulatory framework is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and board secretarial/ entity-management systems.
• Open to using AI tools to enhance secretarial services.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver high‑quality client service.

Responsibilities

• Work with Boards of regulated Fund Services Businesses and regulated funds (AIFs, Expert Funds, Unclassified Funds).
• Attend board meetings; prepare agendas, board papers, and timely minutes and actions.
• Handle Jersey statutory filings and maintain statutory records and registers.
• Keep up to date with Jersey law and regulatory framework to ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain a best-in-class corporate governance framework across Fund Administration.
• Coordinate secretarial activities with administration and accounting teams; communicate actions clearly.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
