MK Recruitment is seeking an IVA Advisor for a full-time, on-site role in Bolton. You will assess clients’ financial situations, gather and verify documentation, and respond to queries by phone and email while maintaining accurate records in internal systems.

You will liaise with insolvency practitioners and creditors, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and meet performance targets. Training will be provided to stay up-to-date on IVA and debt solutions.

Qualificações

• Understanding IVA and debt solutions with analytical review of documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathetic approach.
• Strong organization and data entry accuracy.
• Customer service experience in financial services preferred.
