MoneyPlus is seeking an IVA Drafter in our Insolvency Pre-Appointment Team to review customers’ financial circumstances, explain available debt solutions and prepare IVA Proposals where appropriate.

You’ll verify information, conduct SIP 3.1 calls, liaise with customers and colleagues, and maintain case records to meet SLAs.

This role combines detailed financial work with constructive customer conversations, guided by our values to support debt recovery.

• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate financial information and documentation.
• Good organisation and time management, with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
• Ability to follow processes, question information and use initiative to resolve concerns.

Aufgaben

• Review bank statements, payslips and benefits information to verify income, expenditure, debts and assets.
• Check income and expenditure for accuracy and reasonableness with evidence.
• Conduct SIP 3.1 calls explaining debt solutions and implications.
• Prepare IVA Proposals and Statements of Affairs reflecting individual circumstances.
• Maintain complete case records and progress work within SLAs and insolvency requirements.
• Manage and prioritise your own caseload with Technical Reviewers and Insolvency Practitioner.
