Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive in IT Service Management for Reading. This hybrid role (3 days on-site, 2 days WFH) focuses on owning both new business development and account growth with enterprise clients.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, nurture existing relationships, upsell ITSM solutions, and engage with C-level stakeholders to drive growth and maximise revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven ITSM sales track record.
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in new business development and account management.
• Knowledge of ITIL or SIAM frameworks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and commercially focused.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition through outbound activity.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Develop and grow existing customer accounts via upselling.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM records.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to maximise customer success.
