Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd in Reading is seeking a Sales Executive for IT Service Management to own new business development and account growth. You will build relationships with enterprise clients and drive growth across the ITSM portfolio.

The role is hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days work-from-home) with a £40,000–£50,000 base salary plus commission and benefits, targeting senior stakeholders and C-level decision-makers in global clients.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in ITSM solution sales.
• Minimum 3 years' B2B sales experience.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.

Responsabilités

• Drive new business acquisition through outbound sales activity and partner engagement.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract close.
• Develop and grow existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting, reporting and CRM records.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to maximise customer success.
