Job summary

Confidential in Reading is seeking a Sales Executive in IT Service Management to own new business development and account growth with enterprise clients. The role is hybrid (3 on-site, 2 work-from-home) and offers potential to shape ITSM transformation journeys across a global brand.

You will drive the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close, nurture existing relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across the ITSM portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in ITSM solution sales.
• Minimum 3 years' B2B sales experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL, SIAM or wider ITSM frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition through outbound sales activity and partner engagement.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract close.
• Develop and grow existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting, reporting and CRM records.
• Work closely with internal delivery teams to maximise customer success.
