DO & CO group in the United Kingdom invites a skilled Sous Chef to join our luxury airline catering operation. In this Italian kitchen role you will assist the Sous Chef, lead shifts, and ensure the highest standards of quality and service for discerning passengers.

You will monitor kitchen performance, train staff, manage portion control and inventory, and help deliver menu presentations that reflect our brand.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities.
• Experience in luxury/high-end culinary environments.

• Monitor the Italian kitchen and staff to maintain standards.
• Lead the team to deliver top quality standards on every shift.

• Ensure quality and hygiene standards exceed expectations.
• Oversee kitchen and veg prep operations.
• Organize, recruit, and train new staff in pastry area.
• Assist on menu presentations.
