A technology staffing agency is seeking an experienced Workplace Technology Engineer for a mid-senior level role in London. You will provide comprehensive IT support, manage devices, and oversee video conferencing tools. You should have a strong background in desktop support, knowledge of Microsoft products, and skills in automation. Qualifications

• Strong background in desktop/user support (L1–L3), ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with identity/access management.
• Scripting knowledge and drive to automate.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware, software, and access issues across Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Install, support, and optimise video conferencing tools.
• Deploy and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune.
• Support SSO integrations using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Use PowerShell to automate tasks.
• Create guides and self-help content for users.
• Enforce security standards and work with the security team.
