IT Talent Solutions Ltd seeks an experienced IT Trainer to drive technology adoption, digital transformation, and user engagement across a growing professional services environment. You will design and deliver training programmes, support varied learners, and create engaging learning materials.

The role emphasises cybersecurity awareness, AI-driven solutions, and collaboration with stakeholders to support technology rollouts and change management.

Formación

• Proven experience delivering IT and software training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in neutral/non-technical terms.
• Understanding of digital transformation, technology adoption and change management.
• Knowledge of AI tools and practical business applications.
• Awareness of cybersecurity best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver engaging technology training programmes through classroom, remote, and one-to-one sessions.
• Support users of varying technical abilities, adapting training styles to different learning needs.
• Create user guides, quick reference materials, videos, and other learning resources.
• Promote adoption of new technologies, digital initiatives, and AI-driven solutions.
• Deliver cybersecurity and phishing awareness training.
• Work closely with stakeholders to support technology rollouts and change management initiatives.
