Job summary

Nourish Care is seeking an IT Technician in Bournemouth to join a small, vital IT function. You will own day-to-day technical support across the business, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues on Windows and Mac, while supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

A minimum of three years in a technical support role is required. You will troubleshoot complex issues, communicate clearly with colleagues, manage tickets, and assist with onboarding, device

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a 2nd line IT support role.
• Experience across Windows and macOS environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365/Azure services (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience troubleshooting networking fundamentals (VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS/DHCP).
• Experience managing tickets against SLAs using a helpdesk system.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, end-to-end IT support to all Nourish staff across Windows, macOS and mobile devices.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams and SharePoint.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, device builds, and access provisioning.
• Troubleshoot networking issues including VPN, Wi‑Fi and printers, coordinating with external suppliers where needed.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to internal knowledge base.
