Birchwell Associates is seeking an IT Support Technician to join a Manchester-based team. You will provide first and second-line support across devices, Microsoft 365, and business systems, ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will troubleshoot Windows, Active Directory/Entra ID, networking and printing issues while maintaining clear ticket notes and documentation. A structured, user-focused communicator is essential.

Competenze

• Commercial experience in IT support, service desk or technical support role.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and common desktop applications.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID or user-account administration.
• Strong hardware, software and network troubleshooting skills.
• A helpful communication style and confidence supporting users with different technical abilities.
• A structured approach to prioritising tickets, documenting work and escalating issues.
