Qualifications

• Experience in IT helpdesk, desktop support or IT support preferred.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Ability to install, configure hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support, resolving hardware, software and network issues.
• Install and configure computers, operating systems, applications and user accounts.
• Maintain IT systems, update support documentation and assist with new technology rollouts.
• Receive comprehensive IT training and ongoing support from an experienced technical team.
