Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an IT Technician to join a specialist manufacturing business in Telford. You will be the first point of contact for IT queries and help diagnose hardware, software and network issues while assisting with the rollout of new technology.

The role offers comprehensive training, a salary of £29,000-£38,000, a pension, holiday increases with service and a health cash plan after one year.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and basic IT fundamentals.
• Experience in helpdesk or IT support is a plus.

IT Technician

Are you passionate about IT and looking for a varied support role offering comprehensive training and support from an experienced Technical and Data Science team?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, family-owned manufacturing business where you will help keep essential IT systems running smoothly while developing your technical skills.

This specialist manufacturer is becoming increasingly reliant on technology across its operations. You will join a business that values determination, quality, integrity and teamwork, supporting colleagues with a wide range of day-to-day IT needs.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT queries, diagnosing hardware, software and network problems. You will also install and configure equipment, set up user accounts and support the rollout of new applications and technology.

This role would suit someone with a strong understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365 and IT fundamentals who enjoys solving problems and helping people. Previous helpdesk, desktop support or IT support experience would be beneficial.

The Role:
