Job summary

Emplyfy in Windsor, United Kingdom, is seeking a Senior IT Technician to support a diverse client portfolio within a fast-moving MSP environment.

You will be the first line of technical contact, handling hardware, software and network incidents, visiting client premises for troubleshooting, and managing tickets end-to-end with clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant industry experience.
• Practical experience with Cyber Essentials controls and GDPR standards.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience supporting both Windows and Apple devices.
• Strong networking background.
• Windows Server security and policy administration.

Package on offer:
