Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking a Senior IT Technician to deliver frontline technical support for a diverse client base within a fast-moving MSP environment.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network incidents, visit client premises for upgrades, and manage tickets to SLA. Strong communication and a proactive, customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant industry experience.
• Practical experience with Cyber Essentials controls and GDPR standards.
• Experience supporting Windows and Apple devices.
• Strong networking background and client-facing skills.

Package on offer:

• Earn between £30k and £40k per year, subject to experience.
