Job summary

Emplyfy in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior IT Technician to support a diverse client base within a fast-moving MSP environment. You will handle hardware, software and network incidents, work on client premises for troubleshooting, upgrades and deployments, and manage tickets to service levels.

The role requires five+ years of experience, strong networking, Windows Server security, Intune management and GDPR/Cyber Essentials familiarity, plus excellent communication and client-facing

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant industry experience.
• Practical experience with Cyber Essentials controls and GDPR standards.
• Intune device management experience.
• Remote monitoring tools experience.
• Strong networking background.
• Windows Server security and policy administration.
• Experience supporting both Windows and Apple devices.

Package on offer:

• Earn between £30k and £40k per year, subject to experience.
