Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking a Senior IT Technician to support a diverse client base within a fast-moving MSP. You will deliver first-line technical support, troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues, and travel to client premises for on-site maintenance.

The role requires 5+ years' experience, knowledge of Intune and remote monitoring tools, Windows and Apple devices, and familiarity with Cyber Essentials and GDPR. Excellent communication and strong client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant IT support experience.
• Experience with Cyber Essentials and GDPR standards.
• Proficient with Windows and Apple devices and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for technical issues and maintain service levels.
• Resolve hardware, software and network incidents.
• Travel to client sites for troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Manage and progress support tickets and document resolutions.
• Keep stakeholders updated on progress and outcomes.
• Assist with planned IT deployments and projects.
• Monitor client systems and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support as the first point of technical contact.
• Resolve hardware, software and network-related incidents.
• Attend client premises for troubleshooting, upgrades and maintenance.
• Process and manage support tickets within agreed service levels.
• Keep stakeholders informed of progress and resolutions.
• Escalate urgent matters when necessary.
• Monitor customer systems and infrastructure health.
• Maintain technical records and documentation.
• Assist with planned projects and deployments.
• Respond to high-priority support requests.

Package on offer:
