Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking a Senior IT Technician to support a diverse client base within a fast-moving MSP environment. You will be the first technical contact, handling hardware, software and network incidents, and performing on-site troubleshooting and maintenance.

You will manage tickets, monitor system health, keep stakeholders updated, and assist with deployments. A strong networking background and experience with Windows/Apple devices are essential.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant industry experience.
• Practical experience with Cyber Essentials controls and GDPR standards.
• Intune device management and remote monitoring tools.
• Strong networking background and Windows Server security.

Package on offer:

• Earn between £30k and £40k per year, subject to experience.
