Emplyfy is seeking a Senior IT Technician to support a diverse client portfolio within a fast-paced MSP environment in Buckler's Park, United Kingdom. You will be the first technical contact, handling incidents and driving resolution across Windows and Apple devices.

The role emphasizes strong networking, Windows Server security, and client-facing communication. You will contribute to deployments and ongoing IT infrastructure management on-site with a focus on service quality.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with Cyber Essentials controls and GDPR standards.
• Experience supporting Windows and Apple devices.

Package on offer:
