Job summary

Emplyfy, a technology services provider in the United Kingdom, is seeking a Senior IT Technician to support a diverse client portfolio within a fast-moving MSP environment. You will be the first technical contact delivering exceptional support and resolving hardware, software and network incidents.

You will visit client premises for troubleshooting, upgrades and maintenance, manage tickets within SLAs, and keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Practical experience with Cyber Essentials and GDPR standards.
• Experience using Intune and remote monitoring tools.

Package on offer:

• Earn between £30k and £40k per year, subject to experience.
