You will be responsible for supporting the operations and security of systems across the business. Your role includes providing effective technical support to users at all levels, resolving hardware and software issues, handling queries, providing advice, and performing system maintenance.

As IT Technician, Your Role Will Involve

• Installing and configuring hardware, operating systems, and applications
• Providing support to users both in person and remotely across laptops, tablets, and phones
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
• Setting up new user accounts and profiles
• Replacing parts, updating drivers, and recycling/decommissioning equipment
• Managing IT assets register administration

I am very interested in speaking with candidates who have experience working as an IT Technician, IT Support Technician, Helpdesk professional, and who have knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365 admin portal, Azure Active Directory, networking connectivity, and hardware setups.

Salary for this position is: £24,000 to £26,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience).
