Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking a Senior IT Technician to support a diverse client base within a fast-moving MSP.

You will handle incidents, perform troubleshooting on Windows and Apple devices, and visit client sites for upgrades and maintenance. Strong networking, security basics, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Practical experience with Cyber Essentials controls and GDPR standards.
• Intune device management and remote monitoring tools.
• Strong networking background.
• Windows Server security and policy administration.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience supporting Windows and Apple devices.

Package on offer:

• Earn between £30k and £40k per year, subject to experience.
