From diagnosing and resolving issues to implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure, your role will be crucial in ensuring seamless IT operations for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for clients.
• 365 Administration, troubleshooting, picking up tickets.
• 365/Windows Server/ 2nd line support
