Job summary

Alpine Formula One Team is seeking an IT Technical Support Team Leader to head the 2nd Line IT Service Desk at Enstone. You will manage escalations, coordinate workloads, and provide project support for ongoing IT initiatives across onsite and cloud resources.

You will own incident management standards, drive efficiency through automation, and mentor team members while collaborating with IT Operations on infrastructure initiatives and release management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an IT service desk or 2nd line team
• Strong incident and request management skills with ITIL mindset
• Ability to drive process improvements and document knowledgebase
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead the 2nd Line IT Service Desk team, manage escalations and workloads
• Oversee day-to-day service delivery and incident resolution
• Drive continual improvement, documentation, and knowledge management
• Support infrastructure projects and ensure security and performance of systems
