Job summary
Alpine F1 Team in Enstone, United Kingdom, is seeking an IT Technical Support Team Leader to lead the 2nd Line IT Service Desk, driving performance, escalation management and continuous improvement. You will oversee day-to-day service delivery, coordinate team workloads and support ongoing IT initiatives across onsite servers, clients and cloud resources.
The role requires strong AD/Windows/Linux skills, PowerShell, Intune, M365/Azure, Exchange and VMware vSphere, with a focus on delivering
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge with leadership experience in IT service desk.
- Proficiency in AD, Windows client management, PowerShell, Linux, networking and wireless technologies.
- Experience with Intune, M365, Azure, Exchange and Endpoint Manager; virtualization with VMware vSphere.
Responsibilities
- Lead 2nd Line IT Service Desk team, drive performance and development.
- Oversee day-to-day service delivery, manage escalations, coordinate workloads.
- Support ongoing IT initiatives and project delivery; ensure security and availability.
- Collaborate with IT Operations and ITIL Change/Release processes.
