Job summary

Berkeley Square IT Ltd in Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced IT Technical Support Team Leader to manage and develop a 2nd Line IT Support team, overseeing day-to-day operations, workload management and escalations. You will drive service improvements, ensure high standards of incident management, develop processes and documentation, and provide technical support for a broad IT infrastructure covering on-premise and cloud environments.

Location: Oxfordshire – 4 days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a 2nd Line IT Support team.
• Strong Windows/AD/M365/Intune/Azure knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Exchange, PowerShell, networking and virtualization technologies.
• Understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change and Release Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 2nd Line IT Support team and manage workload and escalations.
• Drive service improvements and define standard operating procedures.
• Ensure robust incident management and maintain high support standards.
• Provide technical expertise across on-premise and cloud infrastructure and document processes.
