Job summary

Alpine Racing Limited is seeking an IT Technical Support Team Leader to lead the 2nd Line IT Service Desk in Enstone. You will drive incident management, coordinate workloads and support ongoing IT initiatives across onsite servers, clients and cloud resources.

You will champion automation, robust documentation, and knowledge management while ensuring security and performance of Microsoft platforms and related systems. Strong leadership and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ADDS, DNS, DHCP, CA and GPOs.
• Proven Windows client management experience and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Linux, networking, and wireless technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 2nd Line IT Service Desk team and oversee day-to-day service delivery.
• Drive incident and request management with strong documentation and knowledge base.
• Coordinate team workloads, escalations, and project support for IT initiatives.
• Maintain security, availability and performance of Microsoft platforms and related systems.
