Qualifications

• Extensive IT or systems based experience in a manufacturing environment.
• People management experience with proven leadership skills.
• Knowledge and experience of ERP systems and IT service management.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer-centric IT services to Herbert Parkinson and the Partnership.
• Manage relationships with JL Infrastructure teams and external IT suppliers.
• Research new systems and technologies to identify business improvements.
• Review data foundations and reporting capability to identify data-driven enhancements.
• Support talent management and succession planning for the IT team.
