Job summary

As IT Manager, you will lead the IT team in day-to-day operations and projects that elevate branch efficiency and profitability, aligning strategy across technology, data & automation with other areas of the business.

You will oversee ERP and IT infrastructure in a manufacturing environment, ensuring data security and governance while driving continuous operational improvement

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IT or systems environments.
• People management experience.
• ERP systems experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-centric IT service to Herbert Parkinson and the wider Partnership.
• Manage relationships with JL Infrastructure teams and external IT suppliers for projects and data safety.
• Research new systems and technological advancements to improve the business.
• Review data foundations and reporting to enable data-driven improvements.
• Talent management of direct reports and career progression.
