Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a relevant IT or systems environment.
• People management experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-centric IT service to Herbert Parkinson and wider Partnership teams; deliver projects aligned with business requirements.
• Manage relationships with JL Infrastructure teams and external IT suppliers regarding projects, performance, costs and data safety.
• Research new systems and technologies to identify opportunities for business improvements.
• Review data foundations and reporting capabilities to enable data-driven improvements across the business.
• Mentor and develop line reports; define goals and succession plans.
