TipTopJob's client, a Managed IT Services provider based in Dinnington, South Yorkshire, is seeking an entry‑level IT support specialist. You will handle helpdesk tickets, assist end users, and build foundations in Windows and Microsoft 365.

You'll gain hands‑on training, aim for 2nd line progression, and work on cybersecurity and AI projects in a growing MSP. On‑site visits to client sites are occasional, with a supportive team environment.

Competenze

• Some IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Good grounding in Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi‑Fi).

Mansioni

• Answering calls, emails and tickets from client end users and logging, prioritising and updating tickets clearly.
• Diagnosing and resolving first‑line issues such as password resets, MFA and Outlook/Teams problems.
• Microsoft 365 user administration: new starters, licences, mailboxes, shared mailboxes and permissions.
• Preparing and deploying laptops/desktops, including Intune enrolment.
• Escalating more complex issues to 2nd/3rd line engineers with good notes.
• Keeping client documentation and knowledge base up to date.
• Occasional onsite visits to set up equipment or support users.
