Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of Windows and Office products.
• Familiarity with AD, DNS/DHCP and basic networking.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Set up and maintain devices, install and configure software, and assist ICT projects.
• Resolve Helpdesk tickets and support staff and students with IT needs.
