Job summary

E3recruitment is seeking an IT Support Technician to join a well established engineering business in Huddersfield. You will deliver day-to-day IT support across the organization and help maintain Microsoft 365, Active Directory and network services.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Support, Service Desk or IT Technician role.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Good understanding of Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day IT support to users across the business.
• Resolve hardware, software, and system issues in a timely manner.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 and user accounts.
• Assist with the maintenance of IT infrastructure, servers, and virtual environments.
• Monitor systems, security tools, and ensure devices remain up to date.
• Support business applications, reporting tools, and network connectivity.
