Job summary

TJ Morris Ltd is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our UK IT team, supporting stores nationwide and distribution centres. You will contribute to a busy helpdesk, providing remote, phone, and on-site support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar technical role.
• Excellent communication at all levels.
• Can-do attitude with a focus on resolution.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging).
• Install, configure and support systems such as Windows, Citrix and AS400.
• Ensure security and privacy in line with GDPR and CISOs advisories.
• Handle retail interfaces and system integrations.
• Log service requests and incidents using the Service Desk Plus system and resolve within SLA.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors as needed.
• Maintain information confidentiality and governance under GDPR.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal systems and practices.
• Perform other duties within the scope of the role and skill base.
• Prior experience in a similar technical role is preferred.
