Job summary

Games Workshop is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our IT Service Desk. You will be the first point of contact for remote users and retail stores across Europe, logging, troubleshooting and resolving incidents, and handling hardware and software requests.

Based at our Derbyshire distribution site near Nottingham, you’ll work to maintain strong customer service and collaborate with a team focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing IT support role.
• Proficient with Windows OS and server technologies.
• Familiar with AD, DHCP/DNS, VPN and VOIP.

Responsibilities

• Log, triage and resolve incidents via ticketing system.
• Provide IT support across multiple sites including Europe.
• Assist with hardware and software requests.
• Maintain high levels of customer service.
