Job summary

Games Workshop Group PLC is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our IT Service Desk team. Based at our new Distribution site in Derbyshire, you’ll be the first point of contact for remote users and stores across Europe, logging, troubleshooting and resolving incidents with hardware and software requests.

You should have a strong customer-service ethos and experience with Windows operating systems, AD/DNS/VPN concepts, and ITSM ticketing.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing IT support role.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems and server technologies.
• Ability to log, triage and resolve incidents with a methodical approach.
• Strong teamwork and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Log, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and requests for hardware and software.
• Act as first point of contact for remote users and retail stores across Europe.
• Log information in the ticketing system and triage incidents face-to-face and over the phone.
• Work across multiple areas of the business and contribute to continuous improvement.
