Weston College Group is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our on-site IT team at Knightstone Campus, delivering 1st and 2nd line support to staff and students.
You will work 37 hours per week, typically 8.30am–5.00pm, with one late rota day during term-time until 6.30pm. A full driving licence and transport are essential as travel between sites is required.

This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week. Your usual hours of work will be between 8.30am and 5.00pm. During term-time, you will be required to work until 6.30pm one day per week, on a rota basis, to ensure there is staff coverage of the IT Service Desk. You will accrue Time Off in Lieu (TOIL) for these additional hours.
As an IT Support Technician, you will be working on-site at our Knightstone Campus, where our IT department are based. However, as Weston College have sites across Weston-super-Mare and Bristol, you may from time to time be required to travel to other sites to provide hands‑on technical support, therefore a full driving licence and access to your own transport is essential for this role.

You may also be asked to support with other activities and projects within the IT department.
You will do this in a team that develop, adopt and continually improve work processes which align with best practice including ITIL, ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials standards.
