Weston College is seeking an IT Support Technician for its Knightstone Campus to deliver 1st/2nd line IT support on-site and remotely. The role requires travel to other Weston-super-Mare sites and a full driving licence for hands-on technical support across campuses.
The position is full-time (37 hours/week) with standard hours 8:30am–5:00pm and a scheduled late finish one day per week on a rota, with TOIL provided for extra hours.

This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week.
Your usual hours of work will be between
8.30am and
5.00pm.
During term-time, you will be required to work until
6.30pm one day per week, on a rota basis, to ensure there is staff coverage of the IT Service Desk.
You will accrue Time Off in Lieu (TOIL) for these additional hours.
As an IT Support Technician, you will be working on-site at our Knightstone Campus, where our IT department are based.
However, as Weston College have sites across Weston-super-Mare and Bristol, you may from time to time be required to travel to other sites to provide hands-on technical support, therefore a full driving licence and access to your own transport is essential for this role.
