Newcastle United is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our IT Service Delivery Team in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will provide first and second line IT support across our sites, helping users via phone, email and in person, ensuring excellent service and timely resolution.
You will log and resolve helpdesk tickets, support PCs, printers, Office apps and Active Directory, and coordinate with third-party suppliers as needed. A rota for matchday support is included.

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our IT Service Delivery Team. You will provide first and second line IT support across our sites, assisting users via telephone, email and in person, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient resolution of technical issues.
You will hold an NVQ/Level 3 IT qualification or equivalent and have strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, PC hardware and networking fundamentals. We are looking for an organised team player with excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset and a willingness to learn.
