IT Support Technician required. My client is a leading training college for natural therapies, offering comprehensive and accredited Diploma courses. They are now looking for an IT Technician who will be responsible for various activities and responsibilities in Moodle Administration and IT Support for students and internal staff. You will join the team at their administrative office in East Grinstead, West Sussex.

Position Overview

• Providing technical support to users within agreed timelines
• Using ticketing systems to record support queries
• Take part in IT projects work, working with milestones, deadlines and targets
• Managing websites and online platforms
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting IT issues

Position Requirements

• Experience in an IT Support role
• Basic Development: HTML, CSS, WordPress, WooCommerce
• Platforms: Moodle, Zabbix, Workbench (SQL)
• Problem-solver
• Able to use your initiative

Position Remuneration

• Monday to Friday
• Salary £23,000 – 27,000 dependant on experience / knowledge
• Increased holiday allowance with length of service
