SF Technology is partnering with a distribution business in Birmingham to hire an IT Support Team Leader. You’ll provide hands-on IT support, help complete the Microsoft Intune implementation and lead the IT support team.

This could suit an experienced engineer stepping into a first leadership role. You will support Windows devices, Microsoft 365, Azure services, backups, IT security, and coordinate with external suppliers while mentoring a junior teammate.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience in a business environment.
• Experience implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 and Intune.
